All Plots are FREE! Large and negotiable plot sizes + locations

(no strict size restrictions, just keep it reasonable and check with us first).

Larger plots on the main Market plaza must be built in creative first (at least the front side of your building) and approved by either HibiscusTeaBag or Amelia. 

(Please speak to us about exceptions) 

- If you would like a plot on the central market strip please keep your build design similar to the main theme to ensure approval for the area.

- If you are struggling with a build idea, you may ask us to help design it for you. 

Rent a current building: 

There are some premade buildings we left empty for players to use for shop space. They are free to occupy, and you can choose to rent a whole building or floor depending on your needs. If you are consistently inactive for a three month period, your space may be reclaimed. (This only applies to the prebuilt shops) We will warn you before this happens.

Builder’s Bonus Offer:

The first three players to claim a plot in our market and design their shop in Creative - we’ll build it for you in Survival (you just need to supply the materials)!
